"I can scarcely believe any of this. A covert operation to bring down the Hegemony, lead by a union of planets we've never even heard of. It'd be absurd if I wasn't standing in the belly of it, if I hadn't sat in a mech the likes of which would only be piloted by the members of the Harmonic Choir. I don't know how they expect to win. I don't know how they expect me, of all people, to be a part of this.
