A violent revolution is definitely not a joke, and I have no intention of making light of it. And it can be a tough and emotional thing for civilians to go through, speaking from personal experience. And I know that it’s often much harder on the oppressor than on the opressed. However, I also know that it doesn’t necessarily turn you into a sad, depressed sack of tears for the rest of your life. Civilians can move past it, and heal.

While the Trendsetters try to get their own personal effects squared away, things keep building up. Getting the NC-12 project back on track, making sure the Groundbreakers are up to snuff, Felix and Robin returning from vacation... However, Project Arundell has finished, making the DHEA an even more powerful force than they already were. The Transistor Tyrant keeps making moves that the team is scrambling to figure out the meaning behind and even if they're up to speed with. Finally, truths about Leonard Wright, Calvin Eskridge, and Tiffany Quails all come to light.

Switch talks to Bradford Arlen, the head to the Upstate New York branch of the DHEA, about the various projects that Director Eskridge was doing, as well as try to talk him into going for the position when they inevitably release the footage of the Blacksite. Megalad (Old) returns to Halcyon, just in time to test out the Groundbreakers, the Trendstters's new secondary team. Meanwhile Megalad (Young) returns as well, ready to sign a new and improved contract to the Second Chance Society. Finally, an adorable meeting done for the Make-A-Wish Foundation happens.

I remember walking home from work one day, and a groundcar pulled up beside me. Then I remember the pressure of a rag over my face, and some chemical smell. After that, it's kind of a blur. There were injections. Hushed voices muffles by medical masks. The constant, cloying smell of a hospital. But then one day I woke up with someone strange in the room. He said he was from maintenance but he wasn't. He offered to take me from here, to let me join his friends. I barely had a choice; anything was better than being in that room with a needle in my arm.

With the defeat of Xerox and the Blue Bandit, the Trendsetters get some well-deserved R&R. While Megalad stays behind in Deco City, Robin and Felix go on separate shopping trips with Deco City's favorite couple. On top of that, there's vetting members for a potential B-team done by Nicolai, as well as meeting the next generation of superheroes: The Study Group. Finally, Robin and Felix decide to take a bit of an out-of-country vacation. There's not a lot of risk going on in this one, but hey, heroes (and villains) deserve a break just like the rest of us.

Picking up from last entry; Fight could have gone better. Shockingly it's rather hard to mount a defensive position under artillery fire. We were on the backfoot until Johnny showed up. Odd boy, not really sure what to make of him. Still, would have been a much more hard won victory without him, so I suppose I should be grateful. Speaking of grateful, we're coming up on the town now, and it looks like they're preparing for a celebration.
