I remember walking home from work one day, and a groundcar pulled up beside me. Then I remember the pressure of a rag over my face, and some chemical smell. After that, it's kind of a blur. There were injections. Hushed voices muffles by medical masks. The constant, cloying smell of a hospital. But then one day I woke up with someone strange in the room. He said he was from maintenance but he wasn't. He offered to take me from here, to let me join his friends. I barely had a choice; anything was better than being in that room with a needle in my arm.

With the defeat of Xerox and the Blue Bandit, the Trendsetters get some well-deserved R&R. While Megalad stays behind in Deco City, Robin and Felix go on separate shopping trips with Deco City's favorite couple. On top of that, there's vetting members for a potential B-team done by Nicolai, as well as meeting the next generation of superheroes: The Study Group. Finally, Robin and Felix decide to take a bit of an out-of-country vacation. There's not a lot of risk going on in this one, but hey, heroes (and villains) deserve a break just like the rest of us.

Picking up from last entry; Fight could have gone better. Shockingly it's rather hard to mount a defensive position under artillery fire. We were on the backfoot until Johnny showed up. Odd boy, not really sure what to make of him. Still, would have been a much more hard won victory without him, so I suppose I should be grateful. Speaking of grateful, we're coming up on the town now, and it looks like they're preparing for a celebration.

Damn this swamp, damn these bugs, and damn the humidity. Haven't these people heard of air conditioning? First I haven't had a good drink in days, next this. At least my team agreed on a good leader for this rebellion, though her showmanship is lacking a bit. Also met a kid. He seems nice, but a bit too tired. Something about a lack of sleep? I get it, I used to just *die* if I didn't get my 10 hours in my sensory deprivation pod. Anyway, time to go show them all what ol' Gameshow is capable of. I'm sure it'll go just as smooth as last time. Ta-ta!

With Xerox handled, the fallout settled, and the dust cleared, it's time for the Trendsetters to work with the Coyote Pack to bring the Blue Bandit out... though they won't have to wait long. It turns out the former Coyoteman hopeful has plans of his own, and in order to get away with kidnapping the mayor of Deco City with 5 extra supers in his city, he's planted explosives all over the city.

With Xerox taken care of, several things have to be taken care of. Switch makes sure they keep a promise to Coyoteman before gathering the team to discuss what they did. Tensions run a bit high in the aftermath, particularly with Megalad the Younger. After a bit of a shakeup, talkdown, and rest, a half-expected visitor comes to make them a deal. One thing's for sure... things are going to change.
