A new villain has appeared, hitting DHEA facilities all over the country, and they've finally made it to Halcyon. The DHEA and the HCPD join forces and reach out to the Trendsetters to try and find out just what this person's deal is, but will the gang even get close to the answer this time?

Reunited and with purpose anew, the beleaguered trio sets off on the first phase of correcting the course of fate: obtaining the Key, and seeking assent of its use. Along the way they settle their hearts some by way of offers of aid and catching up with colleagues. But complications arise, as they always do, and the formulation of solutions is stalled by potentially tremendous news.
Also, before anyone asks, no, I am not the least bit upset at them getting my name wrong. They haven't even met me yet.

It's time to defeat the Karma Chameleon! The Trendsetters go undercover and infiltrate his home base in the sewers, and see how the sewer mutants live. In an effort to meet the leader directly, they mingle with the rest of the mutant population, and then are granted an audience directly with the terrorist. Will they bring him down and make meaningful change for the race, or will he outwit them all?

That's right, #Trending are now officially the Trendsetters, Better Than Ethan are now officially the Riot Wreckers, and everybody in the city is a bit more happy that two groups of superteens grew up a bit. On top of everything else, the city finds a new shining idol in Zero, grows to change what heroes and villains could be thanks to Switch, find a new vlog superstar in Sundog, and wonders where the hell the fourth one went in Poltergeist.

FATE Core is a system developed by the folks at EvilHat (who brought us Monster of the Week as well) which easily slots into any setting or genre and uses a simple system of rolling 4 dice to apply bonuses and penalties to your skills. We go into the rules of the game, as well as things in Halcyon City that change during the big 5 year time jump!
