The chosen three are called to action days in advance of their deadline so as not to tempt fate. They break to tie up a few loose ends and say some final goodbyes and, as ready as they can be, rejoin their greater numbers to commiserate and plan. Unfortunately, their mortal foe would rather this all resolve without raising their sword, and so instead brings down the hammer.
I'm so excited for Chapter Five; even after ten million iterations, it never gets old.

It's time to strike at the Sabbat! Johnathan, ever the noncombatant, elects to stay behind and watch over Luke, who seems to have caught the eye of the Fennec. Salem and Cor, however, go with Stank-Eye and the Anarchs to deal with the Sabbat, and join up with a new Kindred, a Gangrel named Basilus. What horrors await them as they go up against a fleshcrafter?
CONTENT WARNING: We are playing Vampire: The Masquerade. VtM only half-romanticizes vampires, and a large portion of the game is about exploring just how much of a monster you're willing to become. The Coterie calls a meeting of Chicago's Anarch movement and makes a deal they can't refuse, eagrly helping to take care of the incursion of everyone's least favorite vampire sect. However, there's a very big, very scary roadblock in the way of them openly joining the Anarchs they have to contend with: Stank-Eye.

The Coetrie makes a big decision. However, before they can follow through on that, Chicago is still in a disarray of chaos. They decide to follow up on the Second Inquisition, the US's government-backed vampire hunting squad, and keep the rest of their kind, regardless of affiliation or clan, safe. However, it too ends in a way that will end up surprising everyone... including Johnathan. Finally, their new best friend gives Salem a call, and asks some questions about Chicago's fearless blood-mage leader...

With Dr. Harlem Grieves taking care of his friends, Cor, Johnathan, and Salem take care of the Anarch barons that he doesn't get along with. Meeting with a Brujah who runs a fight club and a Ventrue who owns a Menswear store, the Coeterie moves on to trying to come up with a solution that would work for the Camarilla and Anarchs both. Afterwards, a figure from the past makes his first move against the Coeterie, and Cor is faced with a difficult choice.
